TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WYNR LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
8. Subscriptions and Payments
Certain features may require a paid subscription. By purchasing a subscription:
- You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- You can manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store account settings
- Refunds are subject to the applicable app store's refund policy
